The Banks of Cincinnati

A Public/Private Partnership for Carter USA and the property owner, USAA

In 2010, Gring Marketing Solutions was retained by Atlanta real estate developer, Carter USA, on behalf of four owning entities — to interview stakeholders and author a 18-month strategic marketing plan and budget. 

The creative strategies selected for marketing and communicating with the twelve identified target audience segments were focused on effectively reaching and motivating audiences to action: visit, lease, stay, try, eat, buy, office (work), live, invest in, enjoy, and tell others.

Looks like 13 years later, the crowds on the banks of the Ohio River are doing just that.
