An Affordable Senior Community with Heart

Communicating the details of a multi-million dollar renovation to the residents of an Atlanta Buckhead apartment community for senior adults was only the first challenge we solved for this interesting client.

The new messaging centered around the primary reason for choosing Campbell-Stone … “retirement living as it should be” (well-located, affordable, dining options galore and a full calendar of activities). 

The creation of 40 new apartments meant the need for leasing tools and a brand identity overhaul for this property and the sister Sandy Springs property. The expanded assignment included corporate brand standards, a new website for both properties, resident communication vehicles, leasing materials, area places of worship outreach and employee wearables.
